How to cook Iberico Pork Loin Rack? Fully French trimmed by our expert butchers, your meat is ready to go. Defrost overnight, bringing to room temperature. Then lightly brush in olive oil and season. Now pop in a hot oven 180-200ºC for 45-60 minutes maximum and let rest
TOP TIP: You can always cut into cutlets and then barbecue. Please note this product has not got crackling.
