How to cook a free range English Goose? Your goose arrives beautifully presented and ready to go. This bird is best roasted and will turn out fantastically due to the natural self basting oils contained within the meat. Our preference is to lightly season and cook till the skin goes crispy and golden.... hmmm Yum
