    Every spare rib aficionado is aware that there are two types of pork ribs, both gnawboningly delicious. These are the thicker meatier variety and come as a whole rack offering you the opportunity to cook them both as a whole rack or pre-cut as individual ribs.

    These ribs have a deeper richer flavour and can be cooked in a multiple of different ways and then coated in your favourite sticky sauce, each one better than the last.

    Cooking Tips:
    How to cook thick cut spare ribs? Either slow oven cook as a whole rack at 150ºC for 2-3 hours or cut into ribs, steam for 15-20 mins and then finish under the grill or in the oven.
