How to cook a bone in pork shoulder? Defrost overnight, bringing to room temperature. Then lightly brush in olive oil, score and then season with Maldon sea salt. Now pop in an oven set at 160ºC for 3/4 hours and then crispen the crackling if needed with grill or turn oven up to 200 for 10 minutes. Now let rest.
