Amazingly easy to cook, it's nearly impossible to not get a stunning result out of cooking one of these little beauties! They are incredibly succulent and tasty and are sizzlingly good fun to eat with a group of friends or family.
Cooking Tips:
How to cook a Suckling Pig Leg? To get the best crackling, we recomend pouring boiling water over the leg and then scoring the skin. Then rub with olive oil and sprinkle the skin with flaked sea salt to get the crispiest crackling. Then oven cook at 180-200ºC for 45-55 mins. When the crackling gets crispy, break open and inspect the meat... sizzlingly good fun.
