How to cook Lamb Rack? Always start cooking bone side facing the heat. Remember a rack of lamb cooks very quickly and will continue to cook for a further 10 minutes after removing from the heat.
Try cooking till pink and then cutting into cutlets and brushing the meat with different sauces or glazes like a honey and harissa sauce. Lamb lollipops... a taste sensation, hmmm!
Oven cook or barbecue for a gorgeous flavour.
Cook on a high heat (200ºC) for 20-25 minutes maximum and let rest.
