Its' a relatively long and flat cut, taken from the flank and is used in a variety of dishes including Asian, Mexican & French cuisine. It can be grilled, pan-fried, broiled, or braised for increased tenderness. Cooked whole, on the BBQ is a taste sensation! The meat is best sliced against the grain before serving, to maximise tenderness.

    Cut was sensational, beautiful colour and massve. Three great meals, with pasta for a Bolognese alternative. Quick fried in a hot chilli sauce for tortillas. Finally a fantastic Braciole, best taste ever. Cannot be beaten for versatility and flavour. (Posted on 03/05/2020)
