    How to cook Ox cheeks? Ox cheeks are most certainly best braised, low and slow. Try Ox cheeks with Sherry or Port, cooked very slowly on a low heat in the oven with whole button mushrooms, chopped onion and a little salt and black pepper for a fantastic winter dish. Cook for 3hrs minimum to get a really cheeky dish!
