    Brisket is a mouth watering cut, that offers something for the whole family. You can cook this fabulous piece of meat in many different ways: - slowly roasted, pot roasted, smoked or sous vided. Whichever way you choose, the results are stunning and something the whole family will love.

    Brisket was traditionally rolled and roasted or used for pastrami, but shot to fame in recent years with the barbecue and smoking movement coming out of the deep south of the United States. The meat lends itself well to being 'pulled' like shoulder of pork and just falls apart when slowly cooked. There is nothing better than eating it in a toasted milk bun with a dash of deep south smokey chipolte sauce....hmmm.

    How to cook Brisket?

    Brisket runs from the bottom of the neck down under the ribs. It's great for casseroles and pot-roasts, but is also much more versatile than that. In the USA it's very much associated with barbecue and smoking, as well as salt beef
