Description
Sirloin makes a great roast. It is also said to be the traditional beef dish of England and is an excellent self-basting roasting joint.

Note: our Whole Sirloin is about as long as your average arm, so much bigger than this photo!

Serving Idea: Cut in half for a roast that serves 6-8 people or cook whole for 15-18 people
