When I tasted this wine in February on a cold, wet day I instantly dreamt of sitting at a table with a group of friends, eating the best the BBQ can offer. There is nothing subtle about this rosé but the lovely, summery fruits are well supported with refreshing acidity making this ideal either for the lazy summer days, or for dreaming of them in the winter with a hearty stew or casserole.
