This is a fantastic sparkling wine, with a pale golden colour and fine bubbles, the nose is light and on the palate there is a lively fruitiness accompanied by a light smoke and biscuit after-thought.
It is made of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, and produced in the Charmat method spending 3 months on the lees and then 3 months in the bottle before its release. This is a great alternative to Champagne for any party or special event.
