The lamb was to die for... what an experience. It really was an amazing experience. And it was complimented so nicely by the brut you had sent along, although I wouldn't have chosen to combine the two before. Thank you very much!

The quality of the meat was sublime, seriously juicy ( as you can see from the second picture) and as tender as you could wish, we saved the rest for the most decadent roast beef sandwiches EVER and that was the end of the Rump Cap..
I will definitely be getting this again although I will probably follow the cooking video on your site next time and will cut it into more civilised steaks!

Just wanted to say that we had the Rump Cap this weekend and it was fantastic. I got it into my head that I wanted to see it sizzling on the BBQ (caveman style) for a bit before we decided to have it ‘a la Hot Rock’….It was awesome, seriously because of its size even we knew it was going to be a bit of a struggle to cook it on anything other than a Kettle BBQ but we left it searing over white embers for about 35 minutes to caramelise and crisp up then just sliced off what we wanted to cook on the hot rock so every mouthful was exactly how we wanted it!!

Utterly divine! We have eaten steak the world over like many but I cannot find beef as good anywhere as good as this! And no, I do not have any promotional interest apart from passing on good eating experience.

Meat packed well enough to travel with me on a 10 hour flight. Meat then put in fridge for eating 4 days later, the steaks totally melted in our mouths!
