Cooking Tips:
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC / 400ºF / gas mark 6 for 25-30 minutes. To grill, pre-heat grill to moderate heat and cook for 15-18 minutes. For something a little different, butterfly cut and marinate in warm cajun spices.
